REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:   All sales are final. Merchandise may not be returned. No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an error is made by Proper Dose Merch. Although we do not accept returns, we will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that customers are satisfied and any issues are resolved.

SHIPPING:   Orders generally ship out within 2-3 business days (unless noted an item is pre-order). Once the USPS or other carrier accepts the package, we are no longer have control. Any delivery issues must be taken up with USPS or other selected carrier.
